Nice to meet you on the In..Mediation portal. Our concern is mediation. We are associated with integrierte mediation, a registered NGO. The idea is to get use of mediation where ever it is helpful. An interest in mediation arises when parties are in conflict and do not know how to solve thir problem conventually. Mediation promieses better and cheaper results with high sustainability. Mediation is not easy to demand on. That is an experience of many many mediators. Why waiting until the customer will have learned to appreciate it what mediation can do with him. Why not approaching her/him to where the needs of cooperation are given? To where people are rowing, to where they need support mostly? Easy to learn about mediation where it is in practise. Maybe not in a separated procedure but in a strategy which is able to open the customer’s view for more solutions beyond her/his position. We had to experience that the use of mediation skills out of mediation procedures is more challenging than in the framework of a mediation procedure. There parties agreed to negotiations. Out of that they probably do not. It’s not enough to use some communication techniques outside a mediation. It’s the main issue of integrated mediation asking how to implement mediation in disputes.Wewant to share our knowledge
