Listening to the flow of mediation

Can you hear it? Anyone who describes mediation, such as integrated mediation, can see the rhythm behind the process. Mediation done correctly is getting into a flow. A flow means a self running process. Talking about the flow the rhythm is not that far away. We tried to intone it. Listen to it!

There are several acts, beats, tones what together brings mediation in a development. The idea was that music can express the best what we call the flow of mediation. The idea is to make that flow sensible. The flow is given by the phases. They are in tension as the process is a development like an opera with several acts.

This is an attempt to express the conflict resolution opera through mediation musically. It’s clear that the music composed by Andreas Wegener, the keyboarder of Bläck Föös, now became our mediation hymn.

The idea was to make the phases of mediation understandable as a rhythmic element of mediation and more perceptible through music. The composition of Andreas Wegener deals with the dynamics, where distance and approach, escalation and de-escalation are expressed in a tense relationship. It doesn’t record the phases exactly but its a nice composition about the moves of a conflict though.
