Phase 1: Call for papers, speakers and practising mediators
We are going to plan an international conference about mediation next year in Budapest. We want to experience various ways of mediation. The idea is to understand the mediation before the background of different political and juridical systems, different cultures and differnet ethnics. Our thesis is, you cannot compare mediation abroad to mediation at home. Mediation always is depending on the system in which it is to be developed. The idea is to present typical handlings of mediation in different countries all over the world.
